Wayne Goss was Premier of Queensland from 7 December 1989 until 19 February, 1996.  Wayne Goss was a member of the Association of labor Lawyers.  Wayne Goss became Premier of Queensland on 7 December 1989.  Kevin Rudd was the Chief of Staff for Wayne Goss.  Kevin is currently Prime Minister of Australia.  Terence Joseph Mellifont aka Terry Mellifont aka TJ Mellifont & Co. was also a member of the Association of labor Lawyers.  He was a perjuring criminal and struck off the roll of solicitors in Queensland circa 1980.   He, and the later appointment to the Australian Federal Court Judiciary,  Justice Jeffrey Ernest John Spender, cheated me in 1974.  See a document from that time.  This was an example of the corruption emanating from the Members of the Association of labor Lawyers and where it had been bubbling along nicely for decades at least.  This labor corruption was endemic throughout the whole Queensland Police Force, especially in the higher ranks.  This was the reason that Sir Joe Bjelke-Petersen promoted Terry Lewis to Police Commissioner over so many more senior police officers whom Sir Joe 'knew' to be 'corrupt'.  Whether Terry Lewis was corrupt when appointed to be Police Commissioner, [or maybe whether he was more corrupt than the average for Queensland Police], and was 'forced' in it by the 'Police Culture' is a moot point.  Maybe Terry Lewis was just so completely set up.  Of course, Terry Mellifont was in the process of being prosecuted by the Fitzgerald Commission, for the corruption, of perjuring himself to the Fitzgerald Inquiry over the identity of the corrupt police who had given his SP bookie operation protection.

There are many examples of probable corruption by the CJC/CMC.  This CMC is publicily 'inviting' payola from business wanting favoured treatment from the CMC.  This CMC is also involved in 'educating' Queensland Public Servants on how to be corrupt without detection.  They underatake this Éducation' at a payola funded freeby holiday for public sector parasites.   Additionally, view the list of clearly documented cases of official corruption reported to the Queensland Police and the CMC, that have all been ignored by them.

It was at the time, soon after becoming Premier that Wayne Goss sacked the Fitzgerald Inquiry and replaced it with the corrupt Criminal Justice Commission [CJC] later renamed the Crime and Misconduct Commission [CMC].   Is anyone surprised that the new CJC did not continue the prosecution of the mate of Goss and that the new senior staff of the CJC, were all members of the Association of labor Lawyers.  Further Mellifont Association with the corrupt Criminal Justice Commission [CJC] later renamed the Crime and Misconduct Commission [CMC] occurred when corrupt labor appointed the Wife of Terry Mellifont  one, who not unsurprisingly does not use her 'Mellifont' name in public but rather was happy to go by her maiden name of Julie Maree Dick.  This caused real problems for the Real Julie Maree Dick who lived in an adjoining suburb.  This Wife of perjuring criminal Terence Joseph Mellifont, Julie Maree Dick, Julie Maree Mellifont, was subsequently appointed by labor to be a Judge of the District Court of Queensland. 

The Bedrock of the "Goss-Rudd-Mellifont Mafia" is the  formation of the corrupt Criminal Justice Commission [CJC] later renamed the Crime and Misconduct Commission [CMC].   Goss formed the Criminal Justice Commission [CJC] later renamed the Crime and Misconduct Commission [CMC] with his corrupt cronies from Members of the Association of labor Lawyers.  This was 'formalizing' what had existed for decades. 

The Heiner Affair is relevant to the "Goss-Rudd-Mellifont Mafia" because the CJC gave its imprimatur to the criminal action of the Goss Government' Cabinet destroying by shredding the Heiner Documents, on the 23 March, 1990.  The cabinet made the decision to shred the documents to prevent their being produced in court, on 5 March, 1990..
