without anything. I would feel hurt and uncomfortable to think
that someone was going without something, anything, because they had

donate some to me, instead of gambling with that money, because, if I
can be successful in what
I plan on the Internet, you may
have a better probability of
gaining from my Internet activity, than you have of winning while
gambling. Instead of spending your time gambling, spend
that time sending me an email of your concerns. [BTW, I don't gamble, as I am a
mathematician..] As I say, it is not essential that I
receive gifts or donations. I will manage. It is just that,
if I am a little more fluid/liquid, I will not have to devote any
thought at how I will pay for the essentials. There is much I
wish to do. My first priority will be the provision of the
facilities for Special_Needs_Certificates. These will be FREE of CHARGE, from my
website to any one eligible. I know how I will implement Special_Needs_Certificates. I have all the facilities and
knowledge to do that. I already have the server disc space. and
software available. I just have to implement the classification
of users. It will just take a few hours of my time to install the
software. All I need so that I will devote that time, is a firm
indication that someone desires such a Special_Needs_Certificate, and confirmation by their
therapist. This will in affect be an extra service that
therapists can offer their clients/patients.
Basically, each Special_Needs_Certificate will be issued by the recipient's
'Therapist', such as Doctor, Physiotherapist, Psychologist. They may
make a charge for the work they do, although the work should be
minimal, once the 'therapist' is registered on our site. The therapist
would probably have his/her staff quickly provide it. Our
requirement of having the 'therapist', is to guard against fraud.
We will provide the format and the facilities to have the Special_Needs_Certificates printed for the end user, who may then
wish to have it laminated. Verification of the validity of each Special_Needs_Certificate means that the Special_Needs_Certificates need to be available on line.
Each Special_Needs_Certificates, will have a unique number, which will be
the manner in which a registered user However, to provide some
'privacy', the Special_Needs_Certificates will not be visible to the 'world',
but only to users who log on and so provide their IP address to our
server. If were were to have a 'bogus' therapist, we would soon
discover that and be able to disable that person. Such a person
would have provided an IP address and would have committed a crime,
well many in fact, including gaining an advantage by deception plus all
the telecommunication offences. I doubt that fraud would be much
of a problem. As well, there would be no money transfers via my
website. . Re: BPay BPay is a money transfer, and bill
paying system available in Australia. It is accessible by 'phone
or Internet, provided it is offered to you by your Australian Bank,
Credit Union or Building Society. I believe it is now universally
available, in Australia. I find it particularly attractive as it
is free of
transaction charges for me, when I receive a BPay transfer and also
when I have used BPay to pay bills. Users will need to access it
via
their bank, by 'phone banking' or via their Internet 'NetBanking
Website'.
I live very frugally, because I have
to live frugally. I have adapted. I do not have a car. I do
not go to movies. [It is a job to concentrate to follow the plot.
I can do it, but it is a job, so it is no enjoyment. This is just
one
adaptation to my disability.] I spend almost all of my time on
my computer on the Internet. I spend about $10,000 per annum,
even substantially less.. Most of that is because I
have lost my house because my brother in law has stolen it from me. I now have to pay a 'rent'. I am not
asking for sympathy. I am sure I will have my home returned in
time, begrudgingly, as I
know law and I am the beneficial
owner of my house, still.. I am working towards that, but that is
not my
major priority. My
Brother in Law Hugh McVean, has been protected by this endemic
corruption in Queensland. While I am disabled and entitled to a
Disability
Support Pension, I do not receive any government welfare, as I have
been cheated by the public sector parasites.
My Aim on the Internet: Of far higher priority is my action
aimed at ending corruption in governments, including the public sector
parasites, and the judiciary. The ex-Premier of Queensland Wayne
Keith Goss was centrally involved in the destruction of the 'Heiner
Documents'. This had the
effect of protecting and fostering pedophilia in Queensland and
Australia, as the 'Heiner Documents' related to exposing pedophiles attacking
defenceless wards of the state in State of Queensland
Institutions. For those pedophiles, it was like 'shooting fish in
a barrel'.
Not all of the corrupt parasites are pedophiles. These pedophiles
are the puppets of corrupt POWER. The pedophiles will do what
they are told, or else, the CMC enforcer will do a Merri Rose or Gordon
Nuttall on them. These pedophiles are very compliant,
provided they can practice their evil. They consider this as a
'remuneration', so they are very 'cheap' for the corrupt hierarchy
I am pleased to tell that I
have had
some successes on the Internet.
I have learned much while achieving that. I now believe I can
achieve much more now.
I particularly wish to forge
ahead
with the production of the Special_Needs_Certificates, and making them available initially
to all Australians who have Special Needs to overcome disabilities or

Disabled people often have
disabilities which are not obvious. Disabled people often have
Special Needs in order to alleviate the effects of their
disability. When a disabled person having particular special
needs, is not readily perceived as disabled, then they can have very
substantial problems with other people discriminating against them by
not permitting them their Special Needs.
This causes problems for both the
disabled person discriminated against, obviously, but also for the
discriminator as it is illegal in all of Australia, to discriminate
against disabled persons. Because disabled person are entitled to
this but invariably suffer repeated episodes of this type of
discrimination, they become litigious. Litigation causes both
parties distress.
I am disabled with multiple
disabilities. Through no fault of my own I have brain
damage. Because of this, I have had to make adjustments and
adaptations to alleviate the effects of my
disabilities. Although I am entitled to welfare, I do not
receive any. I do not need any gifts to survive and
prosper. All I do need is to be not denied my special
needs. I have one special need and that is to be accompanied by
my assistance dogs. Bureaucrats deny me my right on public
transport. This means I cannot travel where I cannot walk.
Another special need I have, is to present argument or comment in
writing, rather than verbally in person or by phone, as due to the
brain damage I have suffered, my concentration ability varies. In
the Internet age, that 'presentation in writing' means EMAIL.
Although I have had specific medical evidence fully justifying these,
they have been denied to me by public sector parasites and government
tribunals, to my great detriment. I am sure I am not alone, and
that what I have had to face is what other disabled people face on a
daily basis, and that the bureaucrats have been encouraged to continue
by success in the past. This needs to be addressed from the
Australian Parliament. I have all the evidence.
I have announced my intention to run
at the next Australian Federal Election for election as an Independent
Senator for Queensland in the Australian Senate. One central plank in my platform is
to issue Special Needs Certificates to all disabled persons in
AUSTRALIA, who have special needs, if I am elected as a Senator for
Queensland in the Senate of national Australian Federal
Parliament. In fact,
regardless of whether a person is admitted to be disabled by any
government bureaucrat, if that person does have Special Needs, and can
