The SCANDAL of the coverup of the "Heiner Affair" is continuing to build in import.  This is assisted by the Internet.  As a major crime, and as just a part of the "Goss-Mellifont Mafia" legacy, it will rival the fall of Richard Nixon over the Watergate break-in cover-up.  It is set to become a major INTERNATIONAL AFFAIR as Australia's Prime Minister Kevin Rudd is 'centrally' involved.

There are so many well written reports on the internet, of the factual elements of this scandal, it is pointless my writing more.  I will refer below, now, to the better written and detailed reports.

However, even with the Rofe Report, progress is slow. Despite all the evidence, the corrupt authorities will not act, and neither will anyone else.  I direct my efforts to causing developments in this matter.  I am using my legal knowledged to motivate people to act on the evidence.  I am not relying on their inate desire to act appropriately.  Rather, I am finding those people who are DUTY BOUND to act on the evidence of the Corruption by Goss, Rudd and Mellifont in the Goss-Mellifont Mafia.  Additionally, these people are forced to act on the evidence.  They are not required to find a decided criminal case against the 'wrong doer'.  They must each consider the evidence afresh.  They are DUTY BOUND  to apply all their skill to that task, and are DUTY BOUND not to make a mistake. 

However, most importantly is the fact that the do not need to find that the evidence 'convicts''  the alleged wrong doer, in this case, Wayne Goss, applying neither the 'Criminal onus'of 'beyond reasonable doubt', nor the civil onus of 'on the balance of probabilities ie more thatn 50%.  All they need by way of satisfaction, that the evidence indicates criminal behaviour, is that that outcome is 'raised by the evidence'.  That can be viewed as the 'ínverse'of 'beyond reasonable doubt'.   That is that, "Beyond reasonable doubt" is equivalent to " NOT raised by the evidence" or equivalently,  
    "NOT Beyond reasonable doubt" is equivalent to " raised by the evidence".
